Classes Kathryn Kuitenbrouwer teaches creative writing at the University of Toronto’s School for Continuing Studies. Her courses can be viewed through this website. Kathryn is also teaching a newly designed on-line course through the New York Times Knowledge Network in affiliation with The University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies. She designed this course as a way to incorporate the interaction of a live class with the huge possibilities around access the internet offers. The course is weekly focused on individual works by living authors. The students study the texts, discuss various aspects of craft with regard to each text, and then meet the author online in a discussion. Have a look. |
